Subscription Refunds

Tutor subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated by our admin team. If there is a technical issue preventing activation within 48 hours, please contact us for a review.

Payment Errors

If you were charged but did not receive subscription access due to a payment gateway error, contact us at hello@apexedtech.com with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 3 business days.
