1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ApexEdTech, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. For Tutors

Tutors must provide accurate profile information. Subscription fees are non-refundable once admin approval is granted. Profiles must not contain false qualifications or misleading information.

3. For Students

Using the platform to post requirements is free. ApexEdTech connects you with tutors but is not responsible for the quality or outcome of tutoring sessions.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions are quarterly and activate after admin approval. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not post false information, use the platform for spam, or circumvent the subscription system.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
